At Leaf Boom, we want you to be fully satisfied with your Teal Blue wireless audio experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your speaker within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select your Leaf Boom Speaker and request a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the Teal Blue speaker and all original accessories, including the charging cable and manual, back into the original retail packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
